Welcome to Tonya's Healthcare, LLC. With over 30 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, my career has been devoted to serving others. This includes time served as a commissioned officer in the United States Army Reserves. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and a Master's degree in Community Health as a Nurse Educator from Hampton University in Hampton, Virginia.

My nursing journey began in acute care and oncology, with a subsequent focus on community health, particularly in home healthcare. As a registered nurse, I have provided direct patient care in diverse settings, including homes, hospitals, skilled nursing, and assisted living facilities. In addition, as a certified case manager, I specialize in ensuring a smooth transition for patients returning home from hospital stays, providing coordinated care.

I am profoundly dedicated to my profession and find great satisfaction in offering these services to those in need within our community. With extensive experience as a nurse educator, I have delivered health and wellness presentations to seniors and other community members.

This business was established with the objective of positively impacting the lives of others and helping patients to safely remain in their homes, thus preventing unnecessary hospital readmissions.

Furthermore, my goal is to offer reassurance to family members who live near and far away, ensuring them that their loved ones are in the care of a highly skilled and compassionate professional. I uphold this standard because it is the level of service I would wish for my own family.
